Tulips - They Are Still Standing

Writing this email, having spent the last two weeks surrounded by the incredible tulip plantings at our show gardens, I am full of the joys of spring. After a gap of nearly two years, it was an absolute pleasure to once again meet with so many familiar faces.

With severely reduced numbers at the gardens and the postponement of the Chelsea Flower Show, many of you will have missed the traditional spring ordering of your tulips. This has always been a favourite time for choosing tulips, taking inspiration from our own spring gardens and those we have visited. Spend some time looking through old photographs to help you remember your favourites. All our gardens are unique, especially so when it comes to sunny or shaded aspects, dry or damp borders and exposed or sheltered areas. Keeping a photographic record is a useful tool.

With Chelsea re-arranged for the end of September, It is with this in mind that I have again added our “Exclusive Show Tulips” to the catalogue and our website and included our Chelsea offer of 10 free Flaming Flag Tulips with every 60 tulips ordered. This offer will run until the 31st of August, but, as always, it is best to get your order in as soon as you can, as stocks of these varieties are limited.
