Anemone coronaria Bulbs

Known as the "Poppy Anenome" with varieties De caen (Single) and St Brigids (double) originating from central and eastern Mediterranean, our Anemone coronaria have been bred and selected to produce these two popular summer flowering garden varieties which can also be grown as cut flowers with success. Anenomes make inexpensive colourful garden plants providing a succession of blooms three months from planting. Plant in rich well-drained soil from December until May, incorporating some well-rotted manure. By staggering the planting time, a continuous supply of cut flowers may be obtained. Pick whilst in bud.
